So far, we have had about two services performed on the yard since the new owner was put in place. We have been pleased with the service and progress improvement of the grass so far this year. Prior to the new owner, we have been with lawn docter several years as well. Overall, good customer service has been displayed, which is very important, when you have a business. So far our experience with Lawn Doctor has been very personable. Andrew came and did our initial job walk to put eyes on the issues we were having with our grass and flower beds. Kendrick was very thorough. He made sure we understood the precautions and next steps after he treated our yard for grubs. Kendrick was very knowledgeable about how to treat soil problems in our yard. He also looked at our shrubs and will determine the appropriate treatment for them. Kendrick completed lawn treatment today 01/20/26. He seemed to be knowledgeable about lawn care. He gave some advices on watering and grass care. He fertilized and use weed control treatments . I am looking forward to see results early spring . Thank you Kendrick. ~ Nadia T
